Job Description

Solace Neurobehavioral and Child Guidance Centre is one of the best psychiatry hospitals in Kerala.

Location: Kakkanad

Job description

Identify and diagnose psychological, emotional, or behavioral issues;
Develop and implement treatment plans and therapeutic processes;
Assesses patients and make recommendations on admission and discharge and on therapeutic activities;
Maintain an open line of communication with care providers, patients and their family members in order to efficiently address emergencies;
Assessing clients' risk, considering their mental health and social needs when performing interventions;
Monitor client progress through regular meetings and checkups;
Collaborating with other healthcare providers to evaluate the medical and physical condition of clients.
Help clients define goals and plan action to achieve personal, social, educational, and vocational development and adjustment;
Ensuring the maintenance and safe storage of accurate program and client records, and all other pertinent documents.
