What You’ll Do:

• Act as a trusted advisor for pet parents, listening actively and responding with empathy.
• Provide calm, supportive guidance when customers face concerns about their orders or their pets’ nutrition.
• Build strong, ongoing relationships with customers to foster loyalty.
• Document feedback and share insights to improve service and customer well-being.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless and reassuring customer experiences.
• Create a sense of belonging for pet parents by encouraging them to share stories and reviews.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education or professional experience in Psychology, Counselling, or Social Work.
• Strong interpersonal and active listening skills.
• Ability to remain composed under pressure and resolve conflicts.
• Tech-friendly, open to using CRM and communication tools.
• A natural people-first approach with the ambition to grow in a fast-moving environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
