The Blessed Ones, a special school and therapy centre. We have 7 locations, 5 in Pune, 1 in Nagpur and 1 in Kharghar. We are inviting applications for the position of Behavioural Therapist in Chinchwad Pune. We are looking for a qualified Psychologist with experience in working with children with special needs. The ideal candidate will be passionate, empathetic, and knowledgeable in child development and behavioural interventions.
• Conduct one-on-one and group behavioural therapy sessions.
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans.
• Design IEPs (Individualized Education Plans) and home programs.
• Conduct regular parent counselling sessions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Special Educators, Remedial Educators, Yoga Practitioners, and Dance Movement Therapists.
• Degree in Psychology or a related field.
• Mandatory experience in working with children with special needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in using basic computer applications including MS office.
• Proficiency in communication in English for documentation purposes.
