Psychologist

Job Title:

Student Wellness Coach Student Wellbeing Services

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one counselling for students.

Conduct group sessions for students and workshops for staff on student wellbeing

Maintain and review all records of counselling sessions

Prepare weekly reports for management review.

Coordinate with external psychologists/psychiatrists for psychological assessments and interventions.

Identify student issues and escalate them to management for timely resolution.

Prepare and share regular content on student wellbeing and academic growth.

Interact with parents and collaborate with principals and deans to support student development.

Identify and report incidents of abuse (physical, psychological, or sexual) to the management/authorities.

Educational Qualifications & Experience:

Graduation or Post-Graduation in Psychology (Clinical / Counselling preferred).

Experience in working with students or clients having a wide range of psychological issues.

Ability to build strong therapeutic relationships and provide suitable psychological support.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
