Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Psychiatrist to join our team as an Associate in the field of Psychiatry. The ideal candidate should have 5 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Conduct thorough psychological assessments and diagnoses to determine the best course of treatment for patients.
Develop and implement effective treatment plans, including medication management and therapy sessions.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
Stay updated with the latest developments and advancements in psychiatry through continuous learning and professional development.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatments, and progress notes.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and services.

Job Requirements

MS - Psychiatry degree from a recognized institution.
Minimum 5 years of experience in psychiatry, preferably in a clinical setting.
Possess strong knowledge of psychiatric medications, therapies, and treatment protocols.
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
