Job Description

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients as per doctors instructions
Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and patient progress
Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments safely
Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and rounds
Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, and reports
Ensure infection control, hygiene, and patient safety standards
Prepare patients for diagnostic tests and procedures
Handle emergency situations and provide immediate nursing care
Educate patients and attendants on care plans, medications, and recovery
Coordinate with healthcare teams for effective patient management
Maintain and check medical equipment and ward inventory
Support admission, discharge, and transfer of patients
Follow hospital policies, NABH guidelines, and ethical nursing practices
Perform shift duties, ward handovers, and on-call responsibilities
