As an Environmental Studies Teacher, your role involves developing and implementing engaging lesson plans for primary students. You will create a safe, interactive, and supportive learning environment to ensure student success. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting assessments to evaluate student comprehension and progress. - Facilitating discussions that encourage critical thinking and environmental awareness. - Integrating technology into lessons to enhance learning experiences. - Communicating effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding student needs. - Encouraging positive behavior and social skills among students. - Maintaining accurate records of student progress and attendance. - Participating in professional development to stay up-to-date with educational practices. - Collaborating with fellow educators and staff to create a cohesive learning environment. - Designing age-appropriate and engaging instructional materials. - Addressing diverse learning needs through differentiated instruction. - Organizing and overseeing extracurricular activities related to environmental awareness. - Promoting school values and contributing positively to the school culture. - Providing feedback to students and parents regularly.
