Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and treat dental issues in pediatric patients, ranging from infants to teenagers. Perform routine cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants to prevent dental decay. Manage behavioral aspects of pediatric dentistry, ensuring a comfortable and stress-free experience for young patients. Educate parents and children on proper oral hygiene and diet for long-term dental health. Provide specialized care for children with special needs or complex dental cases. Maintain accurate patient records and collaborate with other dental specialists when necessary. Qualifications: MDS in Pedodontics from a recognized institution (Freshers are welcome). Strong understanding of child psychology and behavior management in dental care. Excellent communication skills, particularly in explaining procedures to children and parents.
