Proposals Senior Specialist

As a Proposals Senior Specialist, your role involves directing the proposal development process to ensure compliant, high quality, efficient, and timely submissions in response to RFXs. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading the overall proposal process and collaborating effectively across teams to develop competitive and compelling proposals - Performing detailed analysis of RFI/RFQ/RFP requirements - Developing the proposal schedule, outline, compliance matrix, and proposal development plan - Establishing and maintaining the SharePoint collaboration site and proposal repository - Preparing and leading efficient Proposal Kickoff meetings and daily status calls - Assigning ownership for various sections in the RFX and ensuring a winning team is working on the opportunity - Providing insight, leadership, and guidance to team members on all proposal content - Coordinating technical proposal sections and maintaining liaison with technical/SME staff - Ensuring timely submission of all RFx deliverables - Conducting and documenting proposal lessons learned for process improvement - Contributing content back to the knowledge repository - Leading the preparation for orals collaterals and orals prep sessions - Working with Sales/CEs on further phases of an opportunity For qualifications, you should have: - 10-12+ years of proposal management experience - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proven experience in writing, reviewing, and editing proposals - Ability to lead and manage teams from all levels of the corporate organization - Strong time management skills to handle overlapping proposals Your expertise in proposal management, communication skills, team leadership, and time management will be crucial in successfully fulfilling the responsibilities of this role.,
