Job Description

Role Overview: As a Proposal Writer at AllianceBernstein's Client Response Center (CRC) Team, you will play a crucial role in client service and retention efforts. Your main responsibilities will include writing low to medium complex firm and fund level Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), maintaining firm and strategy narrative profiles on consultant databases, and contributing to other firm and operational DDQs based on bandwidth. You will have the opportunity to grow your expertise in various asset classes, asset management due diligence, and consultant database management while working with highly experienced subject matter experts. Key Responsibilities: - Write Low to Medium Complex Fund and Firm DDQs: You will work on low to medium complex Fund and Firm DDQs. - Help in Maintenance of Consultant Database Profiles for AllianceBernstein Strategies: Assist in maintaining data and narrative consultant database entries for key Strategies. - Produce High Quality Drafts, Ensure Error-Free Upload/Maintenance of Database Entries and AUM and Staffing Data: Produce high-quality drafts following AB specific best practices and ensure error-free entries to consultant databases. Maintain AllianceBernsteins AUM and staff files according to firm practices. - Handle Follow-ups: Address follow-up questions from clients associated with previously completed DDQs, including researching responses and coordinating with CRC Management and other Senior SMEs. - Understand Best Practices: Familiarize yourself with AB policies, procedures, and best practices for providing responses in DDQs, maintaining consultant database entries, and reporting AUM and Staffing numbers. - Understand Systems and Sources: Establish processes to access necessary information, stay up-to-date on systems, documents, and internal resources. - Stakeholder Management: Demonstrate independence and professionalism in managing internal stakeholders, maintaining long-term and productive engagements. Qualifications Required: - Experience: 1-2 years of due diligence and/or consultant database experience with 1 to 5 years of overall experience. - Track Record of Execution: Excellent writer of technical investment material, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously. - Maintain Consultant Databases and other data: Proficient in maintaining data and narrative portions of consultant database profiles; experience in managing firm-level data would be advantageous. - Strong Initiative and Judgment: Demonstrate initiative, good judgment, and ability to work well under pressure. - Exceptional Attention to Detail: Highly organized with strong attention to detail. - Strong Industry Knowledge: Understanding of GIPS regulations, Composite requirements, and global Fund marketing regulations. - Technical Knowledge: Expert-level knowledge of MS Office Suite, especially Word and Excel. - Technology-Forward: Experience in leveraging technology, including AI, to complete DDQ drafts efficiently; experience with Responsive software is a plus. - College education: MBA/MS/MA. CFA (Level 1 Cleared or higher) would be an added advantage.,
