Job Description

A Proposal Manager in the water and wastewater treatment field plays a crucial role in developing and submitting proposals to win new projects or contracts. Key responsibilities include: Key Responsibilities: 1. Proposal Development: Lead the development of proposals, ensuring they meet client requirements and showcase the company's expertise. 2. Client Needs Analysis: Understand client needs, preferences, and requirements to tailor proposals accordingly. 3. Team Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including technical, sales, and marketing, to gather input and ensure proposal quality. 4. Proposal Writing and Editing: Write, edit, and finalize proposal content, ensuring clarity, coherence, and compliance with client requirements. 5. Compliance Management: Ensure proposals comply with client requirements, regulations, and industry standards. 6. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with proposal development and submission. 7. Client Relationship Building: Foster relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to increase proposal success rates. Key Result Areas (KRAs): 1. Proposal Success Rate: Achieve a high proposal success rate, winning new projects and contracts. 2. Client Satisfaction: Ensure clients are satisfied with proposal quality, content, and presentation. 3.
