Job Description

Manage and optimize the companys presence on IndiaMART and other B2B portals to generate quality leads. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and convert them into qualified business opportunities. Coordinate with the technical team to understand product/service requirements and prepare quotations. Follow up with potential clients, schedule meetings, and maintain customer engagement. Maintain and update client databases, lead trackers, and CRM systems. Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets. Identify new market segments and help expand the customer base.
