Purpose of the function: Supporting the license agent and the Sales team in issuing quotes and releasing orders for “standard products” and wastewater treatment projects. 2. Position within the company: Part of the Proposal Department and reports to the Head of Proposal Management. 3. Activities/tasks:  Supports the Representative during visits to the end customer at the request of and/or in consultation with the Representative and the manager.  Maintains close contact with the license agent working for the region. Discusses market developments and opportunities. Actively responds to Representative inquiries.  Follows up requests from Representatives for quotations, has calculations drawn up if necessary, compiles the quotation and monitors progress.  Composes the quotation under the final responsibility of the Sales Manager, then coordinates it with the Sales Manager, and determines the method of dispatch in consultation.  Makes assumptions, if necessary, in consultation with others from the organization. 4. Education requirements/skills/competences  Graduate/Master in Environment/Chemical/Bio-chemical Engineering/Technology/Science  Five to Ten years of relevant experience in international sales support (in the technical/technological field) of technical installations.  Experience in project work/investment projects and technology.
