Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Proposal Engineer to join our dynamic team at Eco Green Tech Pvt Ltd. The role involves preparing technical and commercial proposals for water and wastewater management projects, ensuring accuracy, cost-effectiveness, and timely submission.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review technical and commercial proposals for projects including STP, ETP, WTP, RO, and ZLD systems.
• Understand client requirements, specifications, and tender documents to design appropriate solutions.
• Perform basic cost estimation, material selection, and vendor coordination.
• Collaborate with design, projects, and sales teams to develop competitive proposals.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and client specifications.
• Support the project team in clarifying technical queries during the bidding process.
• Maintain documentation, records of proposals, and timely follow-ups with clients.
• Willing to travel for client meetings, site visits, or project-related discussions as required.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Environmental Engineering principles.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of water and wastewater treatment systems (added advantage).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
