Proposal Coordinator

As a Proposal Coordinator at COWI, a global engineering design consulting organization, you will play a crucial role in securing proposals across Transportation Infrastructure, Buildings & Industry, and Renewable Energy projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Responding to RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, award submittals, roster applications, pre-qualifications, etc., and coordinating the complete lifecycle of a proposal response. - Collaborating with teams to recommend on EOI's and bid submissions to enhance tender success rates. - Coordinating firm-wide proposal resources to meet deadlines and assisting with non-technical writing for proposal efforts. - Providing input on the final preparation of marketing materials and assisting with the tracking of pursuits in the CRM database. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Communications, Business, English, or related field with 6+ years of experience in Engineering Design Consultancy/EPCM. - Proven track record in large and mid-size projects across transportation, buildings & industry, and renewable energy. - Experience in bid/proposal management, production, and impactful presentation delivery. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, and CRM databases. - Excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and collaboration skills.
