Job Description

Vision Express is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to support our expansion initiatives by scouting priority locations for new Vision Express store launches. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying potential markets, building relationships with key stakeholders, and providing valuable insights to drive our growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and scout potential locations for new Vision Express stores based on market analysis and strategic priorities.
Conduct market research to evaluate site feasibility, competition, and customer demographics.
Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, real estate agents, and local authorities to facilitate site acquisition.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and finance to ensure alignment on site selection and launch plans.
Prepare and present reports on potential sites, including SWOT analysis and recommendations.
Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
Support the business development team in other strategic initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in business development, real estate scouting, or a related role.
Strong analytical and research skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
