Job Description

Role Overview: You are invited to apply for the position of Domain Trainee - Broker Technical Support Team in the Property and Casualty Insurance Domain at Genpact's Madurai location. As part of this role, you will provide expert advice on commercial insurance products, risk management strategies, and regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will also include managing inquiries, conducting training sessions, maintaining client interactions, and ensuring compliance with controls and procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and resolve basic inquiries related to Client Services and service delivery - Communicate with underwriters, brokers, and account executives for additional information - Conduct training sessions to enhance employees" understanding of commercial insurance principles - Act as a liaison between clients and team members for smooth communication - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and knowledge material - Conduct monthly knowledge assessment tests and training need identification - Ensure compliance with controls, review exceptions, and report duplicate policies - Handle varying workloads, meet targets, and deadlines - Share knowledge and act as a subject matter expert for Broking operations team Qualifications Required: Minimum qualifications: - Graduation in any stream - Relevant experience in US P&C insurance lifecycle activities - Customer focus, collaboration, accountability, initiative, and innovation - Proficiency in English language (both written and verbal) - Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and multitasking abilities Preferred Qualifications and Experience: - Insurance Certification would be an advantage - Awareness of Property & Casualty insurance regulations - Experience in US P&C insurance domain - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools - Team player with office environment work experience - Client-focused with relationship-building skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team - Highly organized with prioritization skills under pressure Please send your updated resume to avni.jhajharia@genpact.com if you are interested in this opportunity.,
