We are looking for a versatile Proofreader & Copywriter to join our agency team in Bangalore. This role requires a strong command of language, creativity, and attention to detail, with responsibilities spanning both copywriting and proofreading across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Proofread and edit content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, clarity, and consistency
• Write clear, engaging, and persuasive copy for advertising, digital platforms, social media, websites, and print materials
• Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, voice, and client guidelines
• Review and refine creative copy without changing intended messaging
• Collaborate with creative, design, and account teams to develop and polish content
• Adapt copy for different audiences and platforms
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent command of written English
• Strong copywriting and editing skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to switch between creative writing and meticulous proofreading
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and related tools
• Strong time-management and organisational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in an advertising, creative, or content agency
• Degree or diploma in English, Journalism, Communications, Advertising, or related field
• Experience writing for digital, social media, and marketing campaigns
• Understanding of Indian and global English usage
