About the Role:

Prompt Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Prompt Design & Optimization

• Develop, test, and refine

  prompt strategies

  for LLMs (e.g., GPT-4/5, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Mistral) to achieve desired behaviors and outputs.
• Engineer

  few-shot, chain-of-thought, and system prompts

  for use in chatbots, content generation, summarization, and reasoning applications.
• Design

  evaluation frameworks

  and

  A/B testing

  pipelines to measure prompt effectiveness, accuracy, tone, and response quality.
• Build

  prompt libraries

  and reusable components for cross-functional teams.

Collaboration & Integration

• Work closely with

  data scientists and ML engineers

  to integrate optimized prompts into AI products and pipelines.
• Partner with

  UX writers and product designers

  to align prompt design with user experience goals.
• Collaborate with

  software engineers

  to automate and deploy prompt workflows using APIs or orchestration tools.
• Participate in model fine-tuning discussions, helping guide

  dataset creation

  and

  instruction tuning

  .

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with

  fine-tuning

  RAG pipelines

  (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).
• Knowledge of
