Job Description

This role is critical for leveraging advanced generative AI platforms to build, optimize, and deploy custom intelligent agents. The primary function is to maximize the performance and utility of AI systems by perfecting the inputs and configuring these systems for integration and scale.

Design and develop custom Generative AI applications, specifically Custom GPTs (in ChatGPT/OpenAI) and agents/topics within Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Experience in MSFT Power Automate
Configure and fine-tune the core Configuration Prompts (instructions) for these custom agents to define persona, functionality, and constraints.
Utilize advanced feature sets within platforms (Custom GPTs and Copilot Studio) to enable API integrations, connect to external data sources, and configure automated workflows (automations/actions) to extend the agent's functionality beyond simple chat.
Manage the deployment, sharing, and access controls for custom agents with other users and teams within the organization.
Craft concise, clear, and effective prompts (both user-facing and configuration-level) to guide the AI to generate specific content, code, or knowledge-based responses.
Continuously test, monitor, and iterate on prompts to improve the quality, accuracy, and relevance of the model's outputs.
