This position involves travelling PAN India at the project /site locations of clients. Key Responsibilities Include, but not limited to:
1) Installation of RMX Products at the client site
2) Giving product overview to the client's users
3) Provide technical support for the after sales serives and AMC services
4) Keep track of the AMC contract and send notification to RMX Sales team before the contract expiry
5) Provide Installation and technical support for RMX products during exhibitions and road shows
6) Ensure Customer Satisfaction post technical supprot and installation and responsible for gathering the client feedback for the team and self.
7) Respond to the technical queries related to the Product Installation and Supprot within 24 hours of TAT
8) Accompany and Assist clients during the site visit.
9) Handling the team of Service Engineers and responsbile for their performance
10) Closely Coordinate for the Scheduled and upcoming Service and Maintainance visits
11) Regular reporting of the Service and support visits for the team and self to HO.
