Job Description

As a Project Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing project planning, resource optimization, risk assessment, stakeholder coordination, mentoring, and quality assurance. Key Responsibilities: - Support senior leadership in identifying and prioritizing business problems related to Digital Assets. - Conduct Design Thinking workshops with stakeholders to explore solutions and challenges. - Collaborate with vendors to define and distribute project requirements. - Develop project timeline based on finalized scope. - Define project scope and objectives aligning with identified business problems. - Efficiently allocate project resources in collaboration with vendors and third parties. - Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks through effective risk management. - Maintain accurate documentation and reports, including project charter and work breakdown structure. - Lead project planning sessions, set goals, determine timelines, and define necessary resources. - Organize regular status meetings to monitor project progress and address roadblocks. - Manage change requests and communicate impacts on schedule and budget to all parties. - Create user manuals, training materials, and other necessary documents for successful project implementation. - Monitor project progress based on budget, cost estimation, KPIs, and timelines. - Conduct quality reviews of deliverables and gather feedback from stakeholders. - Maintain a change control log to track project scope changes. - Prepare and present project status reports and post-project evaluations to stakeholders and senior management. - Analyze project outcomes against initial objectives and requirements. - Identify growth opportunities and initiate new projects based on lessons learned and market insights. - Ensure compliance with the MSIL governance model and set benchmarks for future projects. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a related field such as business administration, project management, engineering, or computer science. Optional Skills: - Preferred understanding of QLIK, Power BI, RPA, and JIRA.
