Job Title: Test Project Manager Location: Chennai Work Model : Work from Office Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 12+Years Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Test Project Manager to lead and coordinate testing activities across software development projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, and delivering end-to-end testing solutions to ensure product quality and performance. Key Responsibilities: Define the scope, goals, and deliverables for testing projects. Develop and maintain test strategies, plans, and schedules. Coordinate with development teams, QA engineers, and business stakeholders. Manage test execution, defect tracking, and reporting. Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices. Identify risks and develop mitigation plans. Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders. Support UAT and production release testing. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in QA/testing and at least 2+ years in a project/test management role. Strong understanding of software development life cycles (Agile/Waterfall). Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, ALM). Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. ISTQB or PMP certification is a plus. Show more Show less
