Job Description

As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for various aspects of project management and team leadership in the field of HVAC systems. Your duties will include: - Developing project schedules, allocating resources, and ensuring timely task completion. - Assisting in managing project budgets to ensure projects stay within allocated costs. - Ensuring projects are completed within defined scope and managing any changes effectively. - Identifying and mitigating potential risks that could impact project timelines or budgets. In terms of team leadership and supervision, you will be expected to: - Supervise and coordinate the activities of HVAC technicians and other tradespeople. - Provide training and guidance to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge. - Evaluate team members' performance, provide feedback, and offer coaching. - Maintain effective communication with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. You will also be responsible for providing technical guidance and support to the team to ensure projects are completed to the required standards. The company offers benefits such as health insurance and provident fund, and the work schedule is during day shifts. Additionally, there are performance bonuses and yearly bonuses available.
