This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Supervisor located in Hoshiarpur. As a Project Supervisor at ISRA, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating project activities, managing project timelines and resources, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring project deliverables are met effectively and efficiently. To excel in this role, you should have project management skills, including planning, organizing, and monitoring projects. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential to work with diverse stakeholders. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities will be crucial in addressing project challenges. Your leadership and team management skills will play a key role in driving project success. Prior experience in social development projects or a relevant field will be beneficial. A Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Social Work, Public Administration, or Project Management is required to qualify for this position.,
