ISRA offers membership and the members can avail the membership facilities either online or with the support from social caps. ISRA has developed Financial & Operational Manual inclusive of several guidelines, processes which helps ISRA in its financial management. Intern should develop a financial sustainability plan after consultations with the senior members of the organization. Finance Intern should go through the Finance & Operational Manual and review the contents in terms of practicality and provide input in track change mode. All outdated, irrelevant sections need to be highlighted for decision making purpose. Intern should also suggest any changes in any format / processes. Exposures for other activities: Social Media Management: Expanding reach of FB, Linkedin & Twitter pages through content drafting and sharing. Inviting professionals / NGOs representatives etc for webinar on several subjects. Going through the website of ISRA and sharing the learning with NGOs Volunteers. Writing proposals / submitting proposal report to established NGOs / Donor agencies/ CSR agencies. Candidate can also share their learning / content thru video message as per their own comfort. Researching about the available welfare scheme / new scheme of state and central government.
