Our Team:

Sanofi Business Operations (SBO) is a centralized global hub based in India that supports Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, CHC, CMO, R&D, Data & Digital functions. SBO partners strategically and functionally with Medical, HEVA, and Commercial organizations worldwide to deliver high-quality, compliant outcomes across business units.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure end-to-end project management for scientific publications and medical education materials (e.g., abstracts, manuscripts, posters, slide decks).
  • Track timelines, risks, and deliverables, while collaborating with medical writers and key stakeholders.
  • Support compliance processes including submission tracking, internal approvals, and system updates (PromoMats, iEnvision, DAM).
  • Manage budgets related to publication or education deliverables and assist in external spend tracking (e.g., POs and GRNs).
  • Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders for updates, reviews, and issue resolution.
  • Ensure timely updates and compliance documentation through publication tools and systems.

People:

  • Build and maintain relationships with medical/scientific stakeholders within global business units.
  • Lead and develop operations associates within SBO.
  • Embrace and implement new technology to streamline publication processes.

Performance:

  • Ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality delivery of medical/scientific content.
  • Develop tools, SOPs, and productivity enhancements that align with Sanofi's publication standards.

Process:

  • Support project delivery across quality, compliance, timelines, and resource efficiency.
  • Maintain high scientific standards and ensure adherence to operational risk controls and regulatory standards.

Stakeholder:

  • Work in collaboration with scientific communication and content enhancement teams to ensure successful publication lifecycle management.

About You

Experience:

  • 35 years of experience post-qualification, preferably in a pharmaceutical or healthcare publication setting.

Soft Skills:

  • Effective communication, stakeholder management, attention to detail, and team collaboration.

Technical Skills:

  • Project management, publication lifecycle support, medical writing, understanding of scientific and compliance systems (e.g., iEnvision, DAM, PromoMats).

Education:

  • Graduate degree (preferably science); Postgraduate degree in life sciences/pharmacy/related discipline is a plus.

Languages:

  • Fluency in English (spoken & written).
