Role Overview: As a Project Specialist 2 in the Third Party Management Program Execution at Citi, you will play a crucial role in supporting and executing day-to-day activities related to Citis Third-Party Management Program. Your responsibilities will include implementing key standardized processes, ensuring compliance with Citis policies and standards, guiding internal stakeholders, and ensuring data accuracy for reporting third-party related metrics. It is essential to have strong communication and diplomacy skills to excel in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Learn in detail about Third Party Lifecycle Management, Regulatory guidelines, Contract Terms & conditions, Information Security, and relevant Regulations - Provide process guidance and support to Third Party Officers (TPOs), Business Activity Owners (BAOs), and other stakeholders on end-to-end Third-Party Management requirements - Coordinate with Policy Owners in areas such as Data Privacy, Export Licensing, Information Security, and Continuity of Business (CoB) - Act as Level 1 Reviewer, understanding the nuances of the Third-Party Management process - Participate in team meetings to document relevant Third-Party management processes and address risks and control points - Ensure SLAs are met with high accuracy rate and assist in data and information reporting - Verify third parties' compliance with Citis policies and procedures and report any gaps to relevant stakeholders - Contribute to control and productivity enhancement through process reengineering initiatives and automation projects - Initiate process changes in line with emerging risks and regulatory requirements - Demonstrate strong problem-solving, analytical, and relationship management skills - Interact effectively with diverse cultures and backgrounds Qualifications: - Minimum 3 years of working experience in the financial services / Banking industry - Preferred 1+ years of direct, relevant experience in third-party risk management or operational risk management - Excellent communication skills - Bachelors degree required - Proficiency in MS Office applications (Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.)
