Project Scheduler/Planner

In the role of Scheduler, your primary responsibility will be to manage the pipeline of inspection projects and scheduling across multiple sites and verticals. You will ensure timely execution and operational efficiency by coordinating and optimizing project timelines. Your tasks will include producing summaries of sites, assignments, and deadlines, maintaining data integrity in scheduling systems, and distributing tasks among sub-teams based on availability and skillsets. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing the project pipeline for site inspections, aligning timelines and resource allocations with project requirements and client expectations - Producing summaries of sites, assignments, and deadlines - Maintaining the upcoming scan list and compiling missing data requirements for scans - Distributing tasks among sub-teams based on availability and skillset distribution - Communicating with internal teams to resolve gaps in data, delays, or scheduling conflicts - Diagnosing and troubleshooting scheduling or production issues, adjusting schedules and workflows as needed To qualify for this position, you should have: - Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations Management, Information Technology, Administration, or related fields - 2+ years of experience in scheduling or project planning - Previous experience managing 500+ projects simultaneously in a high-volume project environment - Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace Soft skills required for this role include strong written and verbal communication skills in English, interpersonal skills, ability to work independently under pressure, and excellent organizational skills to meet tight deadlines.
