Project Scheduler/Planner

• Communicate with internal teams to resolve gaps in data, delays, or scheduling

• Communicate with relevant team members to make them aware of the gaps and

• Maintain relevant tracking sheets which are used for capacity management and

• Problem Solving:
• Diagnose and troubleshoot scheduling or production issues, adjusting schedules

• Provide input into improve operational processes based on problems

• All other duties as assigned

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations Management, Information

• Experience:
• 2+ years of experience in scheduling or project planning
• Previous experience working in a high-volume project environment, managing

• Technical Proficiency:
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of Coda and Asana is a plus.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Other language skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact effectively with

• Ability to work independently, make decisions under pressure, and manage

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet tight
