Project Scheduler

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Scheduler to join our dynamic operations team. This role will support cross-functional project teams by ensuring project schedules align with production and supply plans. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, analytical skills, and experience in manufacturing or life sciences environments.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Maintain and update the daily production schedule.

• Support Production Team Leader in resolving schedule-impacting issues.

• Coordinate with Supply Planning and Manufacturing to meet production goals.

• Monitor and adjust schedules based on labour, machine, and material constraints.

• Collaborate with Buyers to expedite material needs across the supply chain.

• Participate in daily production and tier meetings to align plans.

• Support change management processes (ECOs, NCRs, CAPAs).

• Track schedule performance, including critical path analysis and milestone reporting.

• Assist in managing project costs and ensuring alignment with schedules.

• Document lessons learned and support project closure activities.

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.

• 5+ years of experience in project scheduling or project coordination.
