Project Scheduler

As a Project Scheduler / Planning Engineer at Omendra Developers Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of project schedules for construction and interior fit-out projects. Your responsibilities will include creating, monitoring, and updating detailed schedules using Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 software. It will be essential for you to collaborate with project managers, site teams, and stakeholders to ensure accurate scheduling and timely execution of projects. You will be expected to identify critical paths, potential delays, and resource conflicts within project timelines. Regular progress reports, schedule analyses, and forecasts will need to be prepared and presented to management. Additionally, you will contribute to risk management by identifying scheduling risks and proposing mitigation strategies. Your work will be vital in ensuring that all scheduling activities align with project goals and company standards. To be successful in this role, you should have 1-3 years of experience in the core construction or interior fit-out field. Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 is essential. A strong understanding of project management principles and scheduling methodologies is required. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills will be beneficial, along with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also important for effective collaboration. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) is preferred. The salary budget for this position is INR 3,00,000 - INR 5,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and skills.
