Project Scheduler

You are a detail-oriented Project Scheduler who will be an integral part of our dynamic operations team. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that project schedules are in line with production and supply plans. To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication and analytical skills, along with experience in manufacturing or life sciences environments. Your day-to-day tasks will include maintaining and updating the daily production schedule, assisting the Production Team Leader in resolving schedule-impacting issues, and coordinating with Supply Planning and Manufacturing to achieve production goals. You will also be responsible for monitoring and adjusting schedules based on various constraints and collaborating with Buyers to expedite material needs across the supply chain. In addition to the operational tasks, you will participate in daily production and tier meetings to ensure alignment of plans, support change management processes such as ECOs, NCRs, and CAPAs, and track schedule performance through critical path analysis and milestone reporting. You will also play a key role in managing project costs and ensuring they align with schedules, as well as documenting lessons learned and supporting project closure activities. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, and have at least 5 years of experience in project scheduling or project coordination.
