1.Lead end-to-end sales execution for projects across utility, C&I sectors. Drive pipeline growth, negotiate complex contracts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver profitable solutions.
2.Identify and qualify high-potential ESS projects through market analysis and stakeholder engagement.
3.Build strategic relationships with utilities, developers, EPCs, and government agencies to secure long-term partnerships.
4.Lead complex negotiations on pricing, payment terms, and risk allocation, balancing profitability and client needs.
5.Analyze competitor offerings and pricing to position our solutions competitively.
1.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field;
2.5+ years in B2B sales, with 3+ years in energy storage, renewables, or industrial sectors. Proven track record in project-based sales (e.g., solar, wind, or battery storage).
3.Familiarity with energy storage systems (ESS), battery technologies, and grid integration requirements.
4.Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities. Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with ambiguity.
5.Fluent in English; proficiency in local language (if applicable) is a plus.
