Job Description

  • We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Sales Executives to join our team in promoting and selling solar project solutions, This entry-level role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are passionate about renewable energy and sustainability.
  • You will play a key role in expanding Accacia's presence in key markets by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and closing deals for solar installations and project implementations.
  • Identify and prospect potential clients in the commercial and industrial businesses through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Present Accacia's solar panel procurement services, and project solutions to developers and stakeholders, highlighting benefits like on-time delivery, emissions reduction (up to 30%), and energy efficiency gains (up to 50%).
  • Conduct site visits, needs assessments, and demonstrations to tailor solar project proposals that align with client sustainability goals and regulatory standards (e.g., India's Green Building Code).
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., technical and procurement) to develop customized quotes, contracts, and implementation plans for solar projects.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by nurturing leads, negotiating deals, and ensuring seamless project handovers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends in solar energy, sustainable architecture, and decarbonization to provide informed consultations.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
  • Participate in trade shows, webinars, and local events to promote Accacia's offerings.

Work Experience

  • Freshers are encouraged to apply
  • Up to 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in renewable energy, real estate, or B2B sectors (not mandatory).

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and present solutions effectively.
  • Basic understanding of solar energy systems, renewable projects, or sustainability concepts (training will be provided).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region for client meetings and site visits.
