We're Hiring: Quantity Surveyor (Civil & Architectural) – Government Projects

Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare

  detailed BOQs

  (Bill of Quantities) for both civil and architectural components.
• Assist in the preparation of

  DPRs (Detailed Project Reports)

  and

  DBRs (Design Basis Reports)

  .
• Draft, review, and manage

  tender documents

  and cost estimates in accordance with CPWD or relevant govt. standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants for quantification, specifications, and material take-offs.
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance across all quantity surveying and documentation work.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Civil Engineering

  or

  Quantity Surveying

  .

• 2–5 years of experience

  in government/infrastructure projects.
• Sound understanding of CPWD/State PWD formats and SORs.
• Proficiency in

  Excel, AutoCAD

  , and quantity take-off software.
• Strong attention to detail and project documentation.
