Roles & Responsibilities

Program Management

• Initiate, plan, and define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Lead the execution of StdCells projects and ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations, project documentation, and status/accomplishment reports for management review.
• Track project dependencies, identify gaps, and escalate issues appropriately to ensure smooth progress.
• Develop and maintain backup/recovery plans to address unplanned delays or risks.
• Ensure effective and consistent communication across project teams, leadership, and stakeholders.
• Manage special projects and support senior staff in high-priority initiatives.
• Work effectively with internal and external cross-functional teams across the semiconductor development lifecycle.
  

Quality Management

• Serve as the Quality Champion for StdCells development projects.
• Oversee the creation, implementation, and execution of quality management strategies and frameworks.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet or exceed established quality standards.
• Drive consistency, process improvements, and continuous enhancement across quality workflows.
• Identify gaps in quality processes and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
