PROJECT PLANNER/PROGRAM MANAGEMENT

JOB DISCRIPTION

• Develop comprehensive project management plans that outline Detail Project activities, timelines, and resource requirements for successful project execution in the field of Machine Manufacturing, SPM Building, Turnkey Automation Projects.
• Act as a single point contact between Top management and Execution Team for Project Completion through-out project cycle.
• implementation of project plans, Recourse plans, coordination activities, and ensure the timely delivery of project Deliverables to stakeholders/Customers.
• Coordinate with Design, Purchase & Assembly teams to ensure Smooth Functioning of project schedule.
• Continuously monitor project progress, identify potential issues or risks, and implement corrective measures to keep the project on track and within scope.
• Internal and external follow ups to meet the project timeline
• Monitor Resource utilization & Identify resource constraints and propose solutions to mitigate risks.
• Maintain projects documents.
• Ensuring project delivery within budget and on time.
• Ensuring successful project completion, Documentations to customer including Manuals, Spare management, & obtaining customer acceptance of deliverables, and conducting post-project evaluation
• Strong Soft skills with exceptional hands over MS Office/Excel working including written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Leadership, Presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant experience in project management/Program management in Machine manufacturing, SPM Building or related fields.
