Job Title: Project Procurement & Planning Engineer Transmission Line

Location: Noida

Experience: 8-10 Years

Reporting:

Qualification: B. Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain project planning, procurement, monitoring, cross functional coordinator, client coordinator and coordinate with clients.
• Plan procurement activities as per site execution timelines.
• Handle end-to-end procurement of transmission line materials hardware fittings, steel, cement, insulators, tower parts, OPGW, etc.
• Float inquiries, prepare comparative statements, and finalize vendors.
• Coordinate with design, execution, logistics, and stores for timely delivery.
• Track material dispatch, deliveries, and inventory at site.
• Maintain procurement logs, schedules, and project progress reports.
• Ensure alignment between procurement and project milestones.
• Support billing, documentation, and client reporting related to planning and procurement.
• Coordinate and manage client inspections of project materials and ensure timely approvals.
• Project progress monitoring and reporting to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• B. Tech / Diploma in Electrical / Civil Engineering.
• 810 years of experience in transmission line procurement & project planning.
• Strong understanding of T&D materials: conductors, towers, insulators, hardware, etc.
• Experience in vendor development, negotiation, and delivery tracking.
• Good coordination skills between HO, site, vendors, and logistics.
• Knowledge of supply chain processes, tax (GST), and commercial terms.
