Project Procurement Manager

Job Description:

Serein spaces is one of the prominent office design and build companies in the Delhi NCR.

In this job, your primary responsibilities include:

Tendering Process Management

• Tender Preparation: Creating detailed tender documents, including specifications, drawings, and BOQs, to attract suitable contractors.
• Bid Evaluation: Analyzing bids from potential contractors to select the most suitable one based on factors such as price, experience, and quality.
• Negotiation: Negotiating contracts with selected contractors to ensure favorable terms for the agency.

BOQ Management

• BOQ Development: Developing accurate and comprehensive BOQs for each project, outlining the quantities and specifications of materials and labor required.
• Cost Estimation: Estimating project costs based on the BOQ and market prices.
• Change Order Management: Managing changes to the project scope during construction, ensuring that any modifications are reflected in the BOQ and budget.

Contract Administration

• Contract Enforcement: Ensuring that contractors adhere to the terms and conditions of the contract.
• Payment Processing: Overseeing the timely payment of contractors based on the progress of work.
• Dispute Resolution: Resolving disputes between the agency and contractors.

Risk Management

• Risk Identification: Identifying potential risks that could impact the project's timeline or budget.
• Risk Mitigation: Developing strategies to mitigate or avoid identified risks.

Client Communication

• Client Updates: Keeping clients informed about project progress, including any changes to the budget or timeline.
• Client Satisfaction: Ensuring that clients are satisfied with the quality of work and the overall project experience.

In essence, a tendering/BOQ manager acts as a bridge between the design team and the construction team, ensuring that projects are executed smoothly and within budget. Their expertise in tendering, BOQ management, and contract administration is essential for the success of any interior and architecture agency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
