Job Description:

At Kay Bouvet Engineering Ltd. we are looking for talented individuals that enable our company to redefine how heavy engineering is done nowadays. This are some of the tasks that are being done by Junior Engineers in our company nowadays:

Skill Set Required:

Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop master project schedules, define scope, deliverables, and milestones, and allocate resources.

• Resource Management: Plan and optimize the utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials to meet production demands.
• Budget Management: Develop project budgets, track expenditures, and control costs to ensure financial targets are met.
• Risk Management: Identify potential delays, anticipate bottlenecks, and develop recovery plans to mitigate risks and keep projects on track.

• Execution & Monitoring: Track daily/weekly progress, conduct progress review meetings, and take corrective actions to address deviations.
• Coordination: Liaise with design, engineering, procurement, quality assurance, manufacturing, and other departments to ensure a smooth workflow and timely material availability.
• Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates, reports, and escalations.
• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop the project team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Quality & Safety: Ensure adherence to quality standards, client specifications, and all relevant safety regulations throughout the fabrication process
