Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Project Planning and Control Manager based in Nagpur and Thane, India. The individual in this role will be responsible for planning and overseeing Metro projects from initiation to completion. Daily tasks include coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines and resources, identifying risks, and ensuring deliverables are met according to quality standards. The role requires effective communication with stakeholders and the ability to manage multiple projects while aligning with company objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong project management and planning skills, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management
• Overall experience of 15 years with minimum Experience of 5 years in in Metro Projects
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing client relationships
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Primavera P6, Project Management, Program Management
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Project Management, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP) is a plus
• Ability to work full-time in an on-site environment at Thane and Pune
