Project Planner

In the role of a Project Planner, you will create the working schedules of live projects with activity linking. These project plans are created based on the entire scope to be executed in a home, including the Livspace scope of work, the client's scope of work, or any third-party vendors.

A Project planner shall be able to :

• Create a detailed schedule and track project progress with respect to the baseline.
• Should also be able to update the schedule based on the change in scope in between of the project.
• Should be able to do delay analysis of the projects. EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS
• PG in construction management is preferred
• Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architecture
• Experience from the PMC background.
• Should be clear with Project Management & Project Scheduling fundamentals.
• Should have hands-on experience of creating & tracking schedules on MS Projects or by using advanced excel/google Sheets formulas.
• Should be able to read and plan work from the schedule
