Project Planner

Preferred Experience :-

1. Prior experience with order forecasting and order fulfillment activities in the building material industry.

2. Experience in co-ordination with filed service team and partner management.

3. Knowledge on analytical tools.

4. Expertise in post sales service and escalation management.

Role & responsibilities

1. Create monthly forecast of orders from the open order book in co-ordination with field execution team.

2. Track and update the order receipt against plan on daily basis and co-ordinate with sales and installation team for the on time placement of orders for production.

3. Monitor order status from booking to dispatch; to ensure timely processing.

4. Daily business performance updates with stakeholders.

5. Reorder Management - Assign the re-order to factory on time and track reorders, co-ordinate with stakeholders for the root-cause analysis and CAPA implementations if any.

6.Installation Data Analysis - Analyze data of installation activities. Identifying root causes of delay, tracking of impacted orders. Share reports and trends with stakeholders.

7. MIS - Maintain weekly and monthly progress reports of order forecast, punching, survey, installation and complaints.

8.POC for Sales, factory, installation and Service teams for on time order placement, execution and manage escalations effectively.

9. Dispatch Coordination - Work proactively with stakeholders to ensure timely dispatches.

10. Extending support to sales and installation team to expedite order placements into factory.

11. SPOC - Sales, installation and Plant teams.

12. Coordinating with Sales, installation, CSD, Finance, and Dispatch team to ensure that the monthly billing happens as per plan.
