Our brand is rapidly growing, and it s time to add to our Production Team! We are looking for an enthusiastic Project Owner who fits with our company culture and is excited to evaluate, manage, and maintain the quality of all of our accounting projects!

Essential Functions

Documentation:

  • Maintain and update documentation for the respective process, including checklists, process maps, quality plans, training plans, and work instructions.
  • Performance Management:

    • Measure Analyst performance against defined performance measures.
    • Plan daily work assignments for each team member.

    Team Guidance:

    • Provide feedback and guidance to team members to help them improve their performance and achieve project targets.
    • Provide one-on-one training and performance feedback to team members.

    Reporting:

  • Provide reports related to individual team member performance, including productivity, accuracy, and project performance in terms of on-time delivery and cycle time objectives.
  • Team Supervision:

  • Supervise the individual project teams, ensuring they meet quality and performance standards.
  • Communication:

    • Communicate with the entire team through team huddles and regular meetings.
    • Identify staffing requirements and communicate them to leadership.

    Client Interaction:

  • Prepare presentations related to the project for client meetings.
  • Issue Resolution:

  • Propose corrective actions for performance or behavioural issues among team members.
  • Expertise:

    • Possess expert knowledge of input files and the scope of customer work received in AP/AR Domain.
    • Understand the step-by-step process of creating final output files and how they are delivered to clients.
    • Familiarity with Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action.
    • Prior experience of 4-5 years in a Team Lead profile within the accounting domain.

    Performance Targets:

    • Ensure the completion of work 100% on time as per client delivery requirements.
    • Ensure the completion of work with 100% accuracy.
    • Ensure the completion of work within cycle time requirements.

    Qualifications


    • Graduates in relevant fields such as BCOM, BBA, MCOM, MBA.
    • Excellent English communication skills.
    • Resources: Must have access to a PC/laptop and a reliable broadband connection.

    Additional Information


    • Night shift experience is mandatory.
    • This role is critical in maintaining and enhancing the quality of our projects and is suitable for individuals with a strong background in project management, team leadership, and process documentation.
