Project & Office Coordinator – Solar

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Engineering or Science graduate to join our solar company. The role involves supporting office operations, project documentation, customer coordination, and assisting the technical and sales teams in day-to-day activities. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to build a career in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, maintain, and update project-related documentation, reports, and records.
• Assist in preparation of technical proposals, tenders, and quotations.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
• Support design/engineering team with data entry, drawings, and basic calculations (training will be provided).
• Handle correspondence, filing, and office management tasks.
• Assist in monitoring solar plant performance reports and preparing MIS for management.
• Research and compile information on government policies, subsidies, and regulatory requirements in the solar sector.
• Provide administrative and operational support to ensure efficient workflow within the office.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Energy) or Science (Physics/Environmental Science/related field).
• Basic understanding of renewable energy or willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,764.05 - ₹23,450.31 per month
