Factory Supervisor(Fabrication workshop)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily activities of fabrication workers, welders, fitters, and machine operators. Plan and assign tasks based on job orders, material availability, and workforce capacity. Ensure fabrication processes (cutting, welding, bending, assembling) are performed as per design specifications and quality standards. Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of jobs. Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and compliance with drawings or technical standards. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition; schedule maintenance as required. Ensure proper use of raw materials and reduce wastage. Enforce safety protocols and ensure a clean and hazard-free work environment. Maintain production records, logs, and reports for management. Collaborate with engineers, quality control, and inventory teams to resolve issues and optimize processes. Train and mentor workers to improve skill levels and work efficiency.
