Project Manager(Telecom)

As a Project Manager in the Telecom industry, your role will involve planning and managing projects, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring smooth rollout operations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Plan & Manage projects in accordance with the contract, project schedule, and budgeted resources for assigned rollouts. - Maintain customer relationships, set targets & progress review with them. Resolve issues and build strong client relationships. - Conduct periodic review meetings for smooth rollout operations. - Review and analyze MIS reports to track rollout status. - Conduct due diligence for process improvement. - Perform performance analysis of the team and vendors to ensure accuracy. - Manage 24X7 Rollout and O&M activities. - Have regular meetings with customers to discuss maintaining network quality & the way forward. - Review and analyze outages, conduct root cause analysis, and create action plans with timelines to eliminate outages. - Train and develop the O&M team for effective and efficient working. - Look after Pan India Passive rollout activities and have sound knowledge of electrical equipment. - Plan, manage, and execute end-to-end rollout activities, including supervision. - Follow up with ISP Vendors for timely RFI. - Supervise, operate, and maintain projects and rollouts. - Be responsible for planning, deployment & delivering projects against agreed scope, budget, schedule & customer expectations. Supervise, direct & motivate teams of multi-disciplinary vendors & employees. - Comfortable with travelling to sites. Qualification Required: - B.Tech / Diploma,
