Project Manager

Requirements:

To facilitate smooth project site execution, planning on all on-going project sites by ensuring quality work in line with the clients/tender requirement by ensuring minimum expenses and speedy delivery of project in due coordination with the vendors and sub-contractors and clients. Submission of important documents and preparation of bills for processing payments from the clients. Building good relations with the clients and liaison with the clients so as to ensure timely or early project completion.

The successful candidate will report to the Director and work towards all project execution planning, progress, and completion.

•  Team size handling capacity – 10 to 15 Engineers
•  Experience – 5 Years + after Engineering in direct on-site project execution and management
•  Min Qualification – B.Tech/ B.E. Electrical from any AICTE recognized Institute.
•  Location – Head office at Ghaziabad
•  Office Timings – 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
•  Working Days – Monday to Saturday
•  Only Male candidates need to apply.

•  Should be comfortable in travelling PAN India for all on-going project locations of the company.
•  Well versed in Hindi & English
•  Well versed with emailing, Microsoft office (specially excel).

Key accountabilities

• 1. The job shall be directly client facing, and the candidate shall be the face of the company and needs to be confident in personality with soft spoken skills to the client/ Contractor/ Team. From Meeting to clients, to understanding the requirement in line with details mentioned in the Tender documents, to planning the execution, following up with the office staff for material deliveries and technical support documents as required by the client
• 2. Execution and project planning as per allowed time period with due coordination of sub-contractors, vendors and office team.
• 3. To ensure that, company SOPs are followed by the project team, and the team is highly motivated to perform on site executions, and they have a defined planning of work and provide them clear direction of working, so as to achieve the desired objective.
• 4. Pro-active approach in problem solving by mutually discussing the issues with the clients and our team members to make sure the work is running smoothly without any hindrance.
• 5. Timely material planning on site, so as to make sure the execution team has sufficient work at any given point of time, and the labor/ labor contractor does not suffer any losses due to no work on site.
• 6. Taking daily reporting of the project engineers to understand day to day problems and resolve them, so as to make sure un-hindered smooth on site working
• 7. Foreseeing the future road blocks and problems like material shortage and further requirements of labor, so that work is completed on or before time.
• 8. Taking feedback from clients on daily/ weekly basis to understand the satisfaction level of the client and grievances (if any) or pendency’s as and how to completed for final project completion and timely hand – over.
• 9. Preparing monthly measurements of onsite work execution and making sure the monthly billings are done on all the running sites as per the work executed during the month. Getting the measurements certified timely, and submission of the bill through the desired method by client timely is must.
• 10. Taking full ownership of all the decisions made on site and ensure full client satisfaction and very good working relationship with the clients.
• 11. Drafting letters/ emails/ documentation as and when required by the requirement of the job.
• 12. Visiting on all the sites from time to time to understand the actual on-site situations/ problems and for better client relationships.
• 13. Taking suitable approval of GTPs, Technical Data sheet’s, designs as and when required.
• 14. Ensuring client satisfaction so as to ensure smooth payment processing.
• 15. Ensuring quality at work from sub-contractors.
• 16. Travelling will be an essential part of the job from site to site and from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
