Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Supervise and manage civil construction projects (CPWD, State/Central Govt.).
Liaise with government engineers and site project engineers.
Ensure compliance with legal and technical tender conditions.
Oversee site activities via engineers, supervisors, and labor teams.
Ensure adherence to civil construction codes,
documentation
& standards.
Manage execution and billing as per tender and departmental procedures (CPWD/State Govt.).

Candidate Profile

Experience in CPWD or government civil works.
Strong understanding of govt. construction norms, contracts & procedures.
Familiar with government execution and billing processes based on tender documents.
Proven ability to coordinate with public sector departments.
Knowledge of standard civil engineering practices and documentation.
Willing to relocate and work across Karnataka.
